Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

Culper is covering 100% of the medical premium for an HSA plan with other medical options available if needed. Culper Technology is also covering 100% of Dental and Vision premiums. All plans are through CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield.

Life, Disability, and AD&D Insurance

Culper provides life insurance, AD&D insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability coverage 100% paid for.

401K Contribution

Culper provides up to 6% 401K contribution for all full-time employees. Every full-time team member receives a 3% safe-harbor contribution from Culper regardless of employee contribution.

Referral Bonuses

Culper provides a $10,000 bonus for each fully-cleared employee that you bring on-board to join us.

Annual Performance Bonuses

Culper provides an annual year-end bonus distributed to employees.

Flexible Schedules

Culper provides 4 weeks of paid annual leave each year plus 11 paid federal holidays. If you want to work on a federal holiday, and your contract allows it, you are welcome to flex that time off to another day. Telework opportunities will also be available (contract dependent).
