About the Role
Culper Technology is seeking skilled System Engineers at all experience levels to join our growing team. As a System Engineer, you will collaborate closely with developers and customers to oversee the design, development, integration and deployment of complex systems. An active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required to be considered for this role. Must be a US citizen.

Contribute to system engineering documentation.
Assist in developing functional requirements.Â
Experience as Scrum Master for Agile software development team.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Generate alternative system concepts and design solutions.
Define methods and criteria for verifying system compliance with requirements.
Develop system designs that meet requirements and perform functional analysis.
Experience with Confluence, Jira and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience providing customer briefings and demos.
Experience providing customer outreach and support.
Junior System Engineer
0-6 years experience with Bachelor's degreein a technical discipline if required or 4 additional yrs. experience without degree
Salary Range:Â $105,000 - $135,000Â
Mid-Level System Engineer
7 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required or 5 additional yrs. experience without a degree
Salary Range:Â $140,000 - $175,000Â
Sr. System EngineerÂ
14 years of SE experience with a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or 19 years without degree
Salary Range:Â $200,000 - $230,000Â
Principal System EngineerÂ
20 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 5 additional yrs. experience without a degree
Salary Range:Â $230,000 - $265,000Â
Salary ranges are general guidelines and not guarantees. Actual compensation depends on factors such as the position level, job responsibilities, location, experience, education, certifications, contract affordability, organizational needs and industry benchmarks.
